Richard has an impressive record of project delivery over the last 20+ years demonstrating he is both diplomatic and customer focussed.  With a consultative style and extensive experience of delivering results for clients in challenging environments he has worked with British Airways, AstraZeneca, Suffolk County Council, the Environment Agency and Land Registry.

Richard achievements include:

• Project managing the scoping, design and delivery of Touchpoint multimedia internet kiosks. The Kiosk trial was extended beyond its initial period and geographic coverage was increased.
• Designed and implementation of an establishment process to enable Communications Providers to supply Superfast Broadband services to their customers.
• Establishing and operating a Programme Management Office (PMO) for BT Business, managing a £30M development programme.
• Creating commercial strategies for Suffolk County Council and British Airways to achieve growth and efficiency improvements.
• Created an internet market entry strategy for AstraZeneca Oncology Therapy Area.
• Created a technology adoption and vendor strategy for British Airways. Introducing the first International Virtual Private Network service by gaining interconnect agreements with ten international telecomms companies in the USA, Europe and the Far East.
