OK,  so here we are.  I've finally added a blogging feature to the site so now we need some content.

There's lots of things I've been wanting to get off my chest recently so I guess this is the place to do at least some of that.  Obviously, client confidentiality needs to be respected so I'm planning to stick to comment and observation on general technical issues rather then getting into specific problems but hopefully there'll be some interesting points to discuss once issues have been resolved and it's no longer a hot topic for any specific client.
